Prawn Masala

Ingredients :-
- 5 Tiger prawns
- Turmeric powder
- Salt
- Cumin
- Cumin powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander leaves
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 small Onion
- 2 green Chilli chopped
- 2 Garlics
- 25 gms Ginger
- 1 piece Dalchin
- Mustard oil
How to Prepare (Cook) :-
- Grind 1 small onion, 2 garlics, 25 gms ginger, 1 piece dalchin, 1 teja patra properly. Make paste.
- Marinate prawn with turmeric powder, salt.
- Fry it in mustard oil, till golden brown colour.
- Take pan, put mustard oil, some cumin. After 2 seconds, put chopped onin & chopped green chilli. Fry.
- When onion looks brown, put paste , turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder & fry.
- After 10-15 minutes, add chopped tomato & salt. Fry them till oil comes out from paste.
- Then add fried prawns & mix.
- Add 1-2 cup of boiled water, if necessary.
- Heat in low flame 5-10 mins.
- Then add garam masala, some coriander leaves.
- Serve it hot.
