Aloo Dum Recipe
Ingredients :-
- 500gms – Baby potatoes
- 2 – Onion chopped
- 5 – Garlic cloves
- 1 inch – Ginger
- 1 – Tomato chopped
- Methi patra
- Cumin powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Turmeric powder
- Salt
- Half piece Dalchin
- Panch futan
- Refine oil
- Garam masala
Oriya Recipe Aloo Dum
Cooking Method :-
- Grind 2-chopped onion, 5-garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger & make paste.
- Wash & boil baby potatoes.
- Peel the skin & cut into half.
- Take oil in pan, fry few amount of panch futan & half piece dalchin until it crackle. Add paste.
- Fry these masala till done.
- Then add methi patra, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, tomato chopped & salt. Fry for 10 mins.
- Then add aloo & boil water to the masala.
- Let it cook till gravy becomes thick,sprinkle garam masala.
- Serve it with puri/luchi.
